Thank you for your request of reconsideration of library materials. Your submission will be reviewed by the Library Director and the Collection Resources Coordinator. They will contact you to discuss the request and the Library’s decision regarding the material.

The Library’s decision will be mailed within 30 days of the original request. If you are not satisfied with the Library’s decision, you may file a written notice of appeal within 30 days to the Library Director.
