In case you couldn’t tell, Bits and Bramblers? I’m pretty sick of the snow. And the cold. So you can imagine how happy I am with the weather forecast, right?!?! Our high is five degrees with negative windchills?! Maybe another storm next week?! Come on!!!!
…Okay. I’ll stop whining now. In fact, I think we’ll all feel better if we watch a couple trailers for some upcoming movies. That’s right, these movies are coming soon to a theater near you!
First, we have Coraline. Did you know that this movie is based on a book by Neil Gaiman? And not only is Neil Gaiman pretty much made of awesome, he just won the Newbery Award for The Graveyard Book! Whoo Hoo! So, I think this movie looks pretty cool…but you can see for yourself on February 6th!
Next, we have Push, which stars Chris Evans and Dakota Fanning. Apparently, they have special powers, just like on Heroes. And now the people with special powers are being tracked down by a bunch of scary people that want to turn them into an army, just like on Heroes. But to be honest? It looks a little cooler than Heroes. Compare for yourself on February 6th!
And last but not least, we have Monsters Vs. Aliens, which features the voices of some incredibly cool people like Will Arnett, Reese Witherspoon, Stephen Colbert, and Seth Rogen. And the trailer made me spit Diet Mt. Dew on my computer monitor. That might be a little too much information, but…you know…it’s pretty funny. You can catch it on March 27th…
