READ THIS NOW: MY NAME IS MEMORY

So…we’re about a month into the Teen Summer Library Program A few people have read their 1,000 pages, and picked up their $8 Target gift cards. But if you still have some pages left to read (or, on the off chance you haven’t signed up yet, and need to read 1,000 pages by July 31st—but that’s not the case, right? Right?!)

Anyway…you can knock 324 pages off your total by checking out My Name is Memory, by Ann Brashares (if that name sounds familiar, it’s probably because she’s the one who wrote The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.)

It’s the story of Daniel and Sophia. Who later became Constance, and before that the girl from North Africa, but Daniel didn’t know her name back then. See, Daniel and Sopia have fallen in love with each other more than once, again and again throughout time. And after hundreds of years of waiting, Daniel finds her again, in a high school senior from Virginia named Lucy Broward.

The catch is, she doesn’t remember him. But he’s getting used to it, because it happens every time. Now he has to help her remember…while protecting her from the one person determined to keep them apart.

So check out our book trailer for My Name is Memory…then head to the library, and READ IT NOW!
